SlideJot SlideJot
For iPhone and iPad

SlideJot for
iPhone and iPad.

A tiny jot pad for the thoughts you'd otherwise lose. A Jot is lighter than a note and more durable than the clipboard — open the app, type, done.

Today

Paste the quote from the article here before switching apps.

Screenshot idea: small toolbar, no heavy editor chrome.

Capture first, organize later.

SlideJot keeps the friction out of the way. Everything autosaves as you type, and the idea in line at the coffee shop makes it in before it slips away.

Capture first, organize later

Start a new jot in one tap and just write. No folders to choose, no titles to invent, no formatting decisions.

Find what you parked

Fast full-text search across your jots, so the messy fragment you saved becomes useful again.

More than plain text

Take a photo, pick images with the system Photos picker, and drop in code or section blocks from the keyboard toolbar.

Optional iCloud sync

Flip one switch to keep jots and images in step across iPhone, iPad, and Mac — through your own iCloud account.

Small captures, less ceremony.

The details are tuned for the same promise: park the thought now, decide what it becomes later — or never.

Pin what matters

Keep the jots you come back to at the top of the list.

A forgiving Trash

Deleted jots wait in Trash first, so nothing is lost by accident.

Easy on the eyes

Light, dark, or system appearance, plus an adjustable editor font size.

At home on iPad

A two-column layout keeps list and editor side by side, with shortcuts for hardware keyboards.

One family of apps

Your jots, on every device you work from.

iCloud sync is optional and off by default. Turn it on, and your jots travel between iPhone, iPad, and Mac through your own iCloud account — no SlideJot account involved.

iPhone

A pocket place for unfinished thoughts, quick captures, and reminders to yourself.

iPad

More room for reading, editing, and handling Jots beside the work already on screen.

Mac

SlideJot for Mac — a slide-out jot panel at the edge of your screen — is a separate desktop app, sold as a one-time license.

Private by design

  • No account, no sign-up, no email required.
  • No ads, no analytics, no trackers, no third-party SDKs.

Free, with nothing to unlock

  • Every iOS feature is included — nothing is gated behind the Mac app.
  • SlideJot for Mac is a separate desktop app, sold on our website as a one-time license.
