Writing in about a problem?
Including a few details up front helps us fix things faster:
- Your device and OS version (for example "MacBook Air, macOS 15.2" or "iPhone 16, iOS 26.1").
- The SlideJot version, shown in Settings → About on iOS or the About window on macOS.
- What you expected to happen, what actually happened, and a screenshot if possible.
- For license issues, the email address you used at purchase.
Sync seems stuck. What should I check?
First, confirm every device is signed in to the same Apple ID and that iCloud sync is enabled in SlideJot's settings on each device.
Check that your iCloud storage isn't full and that the device is online. Opening the app and pulling down to refresh the list nudges a fetch on iOS.
If it still doesn't catch up, email us with what you're seeing and we'll help you sort it out.
How do I activate my macOS license?
After purchase, your license key is emailed to you. In SlideJot on your Mac, open Settings → License, paste the key, and activate.
Each license covers a fixed number of devices (seats). You can deactivate a device from within the app to free up a seat for another Mac.
I lost my license key. Can you resend it?
Yes. Email support@slidejot.com from the address you used at purchase and we'll resend your key.
